The new gourmet kitchen was
expanded to include hardwood
flooring, additional windows,
new cabinetry and luxury
appliances.
Exterior upgrades included an
outdoor fireplace, landscaping
and elevation enhancements.
McNulty worked closely with SALA
Architects to match previous
exterior finishes that was
completed to the homeowner’s
utmost satisfaction.

In addition to creating the
dream kitchen for the homeowner,
the project included adding a
powder room and creating a
second floor den area with a
staircase from the new kitchen
that turned out to be the
homeowner’s favorite feature.
We also created a wonderful
usable backyard and patio area
which had been completely
unusable prior. The remodeling
project came in on time
and on budget.

Homeowners wanted to expand
their living space in this
1940's colonial-style home to
add a master suite, family room,
new kitchen and larger garage.
The on-time completed project
also included new landscaping,
patios, copper gutters, driveway
and roof.
The new spaces created in the
kitchen, family room, and garage
areas all turned out to be
