Jim and Tim McNulty's Great Grandfather, James A McNulty came to Minneapolis from Kansas City, MO and formed Hyland Homes. The year was 1909. The company acquired land parcels in many areas of the Twin Cities and especially in St. Louis Park. They developed land, sold lots and built homes.
